## Origins and compatibility

NevetsInc began after Birloi Eduard Ștefan experienced a breakup. The motivation was
to help people form better connections through broader compatibility, with the
ambition of helping them find a long-term or life partner. It is not a guarantee
of permanent relationships. The original concept combined communication and a
compatibility algorithm. The matching algorithm is not presented as an AI model;
NevAI is the separate website assistant.

Birloi Eduard Ștefan handled development, coding, product decisions, business
direction, branding, implementation, and overall early execution. Patrinoiu Calin
contributed ideas, initial funding, and the design and implementation of the early UI.

Early problems included connection failures, chat reliability, bugs, earning trust,
and finding users. Key milestones were a successful working prototype and the
first successful match. Dates for those later milestones are not documented.

Sensitive compatibility analysis is intended to run client-side, on the user’s
device, rather than sending everything to NevetsInc servers for processing.
The stated stored information includes preferences and profile pictures. Profile
pictures may be checked for inappropriate content. This does not mean no data
is stored, and it is not a claim about a verified security implementation.

Administrative access is highly restricted. Birloi Eduard Ștefan retains access
for bot detection, bans, account abuse, and platform moderation/security operations.
The stated policy is not to routinely read private chats, private messages,
matches, or user preferences. See /privacy for the published privacy policy.
