We build NevOS, Spark, and NevAI — and we are always looking for talented, thoughtful people to join us. One illustrative product objective starts with Birloi Eduard Ștefan, Owner & Co-Founder. Olteanu Paul, Manager & Infrastructure, translates it into requirements, infrastructure needs, dependencies and delivery work. Patrinoiu Calin, Owner & Co-Founder, helps coordinate people and resources.

Product implementation, Gurava Eduard’s algorithm work and Aichimoaie Alex’s security and H.O.S.T. work proceed in parallel. The streams reconnect into a build. Hardening checks function, edge cases, security, failure states, performance and reliability. A reliability failure returns to infrastructure for correction and retesting. Internal review precedes approval.

Communication produces a product page, demo, documentation, message and visuals. The release crosses from internal to public. Questions, requests, bug reports, usage and feedback return to direction, management and builders.

Ownership, clarity, execution, quality, security, communication and feedback make responsibility visible. Design, engineering, infrastructure, security, product, algorithms, operations and communication can connect around the work. Your work has an owner and a destination. You can see what happens after you finish it.

NevetsInc operates remotely. If you can overlap with EU-Central (Romania) working hours for the core hours of the day, we want to hear from you.
